Description

VenueVision is an event management platform that automates 3D venue generation from 2D floor plans and photographs. It enables customers to visualize their booked space with specific assets, providing a true-to-life representation to ensure layouts are not overcrowded and turns their imagination into a true-to-life 3D reality. For vendors, the platform establishes a digital presence while digitizing physical inventory. By photographing assets such as chairs and tables, the system creates 3D models that customers can interactively place onto 2D floor plans to view in an immersive 3D environment. This streamlines the planning process, reduces manual design effort, and ensures high spatial accuracy for both organizers and venue owners.
